HELPPPPP! School website switched to Private and I don’t know why

    Why did our website change to private? and Why is the nav bar all messed up???

    Hi there,

    I see you’ve since switched your site back to public.

    The site was switched to private automatically when the Business Plan, owned by another admin, emsawebsite, expired three days ago. When the Business Plan expires, that removes all plugins and installed theme on a site, which changes how it looks. So we automatically set a site to private in that case to give the site owner opportunity to fix any issues with the site’s design first.

    We no longer offer the Business Plan, but if you want to continue using plugins on the site, you can upgrade to our new, cheaper Pro plan to get that functionality back. Once you have that plan you can also contact live chat support to help you restore a backup, to get the site back to how it was before the previous plan expired.
