  i bought my domain in wordpress.org ,when i wanted to change the name of my sub domain that also created in wordpress.org i have been told to downloud the ‘jetpack’ in order to change it. apperantly my site suddenly on wordpress.com. the problem is that rigt now after i tried to change the url adress im getting error. i must to have a solutain for that. please help me soon as it possible.

  Hi there, as you said in your earlier forum post here, your standalone WP install clarashmuel.com is hosted at Dreamhost. Any question regarding creating and managing subdomains on your domain should be directed to them.

  WordPressdotcom (where we are) and standalone WP are different entities. You can learn more about that in this support doc: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Help for standalone WP installs can be found at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
