  I need to change my primary domain. I’ve tried to call, but it says the number is restricted. This has been a complete nightmare. While I’m at it, what happened to my Bluehost site builder. It’s gone. I can’t access Word Press on Bluehost either.

  Hi there,

  Your site is powered by WordPress.org software, whereas this forum works with sites powered by WordPress.com.

  They’re very similar, but two separate things.

  Please contact Bluehost support directly, as they’re your domain and hosting provider.

  While your site is connected to your account with us via the Jetpack plugin, we have no control over your domain or how it’s connected to your server, and neither does the community on WordPress.org who make the open source WordPress software. Bluehost support are the only people who’ll be able to help you in this case.
