You already got answered 2 weeks ago to your previous thread but then you never followed up – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/wordpress-dashboard-29/

you are unable to help me with a login issue? I enter my email address which is the only one I use, the system says it doesn’t exist. Then I ask for a password reset, I get the password reset email on my email (the one it claims doesn’t exist) I reset the password successfully, go to the login page again and it says my email doesn’t exist
So I am stuck in a loop I can’t get out of because your system can recognize the email address I used to sign up
That’s not something you can help with?

I understand that this situation might be causing some frustration, and I appreciate your reaching out to us. It’s crucial to differentiate between the various versions of WordPress to avoid any confusion:
- The free, open-source WordPress software that powers your website.
- WordPress.org, the open-source project where you can obtain the software for free to use on your chosen hosting provider.
- WordPress.com, a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software, which is the platform you are currently contacting.
Therefore, since your site is not hosted with us, we unfortunately don’t have access or the ability to assist you in regaining access to your site. This also explains why your email isn’t functioning here at WordPress.com—your login account isn’t with us. However, I’m here to guide you in the right direction to seek help.
I recommend reaching out to your hosting provider, GoDaddy, for assistance with this matter. As they host your site’s files, they possess the necessary access and expertise to help identify and resolve the issue. I understand this might be a challenging situation for you, and I sincerely hope that you find the support you need from GoDaddy to resolve this matter promptly.
If there’s anything else I can clarify, please feel free to let me know.
