    I was charged $19 for wordpress- however, my WP account shows no transaction and says I have a free account? I need help and I can’t find any way to contact customer service. I’m so frustrated!

    I’ll be happy to help. It sounds like the upgrade happened under a different WordPress.com user account. The account that you’ve used to write to us here, has no upgrades. That can be confirmed by clicking on My sites – Upgrades.

    The easiest way to find the proper account is to locate the email we sent with the receipt. That’s the email address you’ll need to sign in with at WordPress.com to get in the proper account.

    Our payment and billing team can also be accessed through https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ Use the Let’s Find That Charge link.

    Otherwise, you can use the charge details on the account recovery form:
