Help..Sub-Item Issue

  Sub-item not sticking..Im working on my category pages and have everything fine, and added a few sub-items under one (recipes), so I can put entrees, snacks, etc. They all worked, except I just added on the “snacks” category as a sub-item and it works but then when I save it, it just goes back to being a main category. Why won’t it stick and save for me like the rest did? Is there a limit to how many you can add? (There is only 6 as of now, including the snacks one)
