  healthmyhelp.com is using name servers that are not associated with WordPressdotcom and looking at your above site, I’m not certain it is using the WordPress software. It looks to be hosted by Blogger.

  If you are trying to upload a theme to your above WordPressdotcom website, it would require the Business plan upgrade https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/
