Hemingway bottombar wrong in IE

    If you look at your homepage for the hemingway theme, it has a nice big gray box at the bottom for the 3 columns of widgets. However, if you click on a story to read it, that page does not have the gray background in IE or FF, but it does in safari. How do we fix this?
