Hemingway Revisited theme, small change on a free account?

  Hemingway revisited is getting me very close to what I want. To just change the nav bar color and the Title font-size, it seems I need to upgrade to a Premium account. Am I understanding this correctly, or is there a one-time fee I can pay to make those css changes?

  It would be cool if you could just purchase the custom CSS module as an upgrade. But, it’s only available on the premium and business accounts.

  I see. So, with only a free account, is there a theme that would get me close to this mockup?

  To be honest, I’m not sure, there’s so many themes available it’s hard to know what does what. You might want to try posting that in the themes forum to see if someone there might have an idea.
