hemingway rewritten – css menu color change, disappears in mobile, tablet

    I have changed the menu colour via css of my site (using hemingway rewritten theme) firstoneback.wordpress.com but when you view on mobile or tablet the menu disappears.

    does anyone know how to fix that?

    You have a responsive theme, which means it adjusts the layout and positioning based on the screen size of the device it is being viewed on to give all visitors the best experience.

    If you click on the three stacked lines just under the beginning of your site title the menu will pop open – this is really common on mobile and tablet websites and apps so your visitors should have no trouble tracking it down.

    It becomes even more important if you start adding sub-menus as on a touchscreen device it is impossible to hover your mouse over them to make them expand – the pop out menu solves that problem!
