'Hemingway rewritten' theme not working in hosted wordpress!

  Admin just closed my earlier question , assuming i was wordpress.org, i am not using .org i am on wordpress.com.
  I cannot get the theme to animate on my hosted site , but it does work on wordpress.com without hosting.
  I would appreciate some advice on how to get this theme animating.
