Hemingway theme want to bold the tagline

Been using the Hemingway theme for years and love it but don’t like bothering the author too much (though he has been extremely helpful and responsive over the years). I’m looking to bold the tagline on my site
I’ve tried other CSS codes I found on the forums but none of them seem to be working. Thanks everyone.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
