  We see hemorrhoid.wordpress.com is not available. We searched for it and see the page is no longer active. How can we get hemorrhoid.wordpress.com ?

  So, WordPress.com is unable to reassign “hemorrhoid.wordpress.com” to a new user committed to responsible management? This domain will remain indefinitely inaccessible unless the original holder returns to rectify the actions that led to the violation of the Terms of Service, resulting in its shutdown?

  That is correct. However, since you own the custom domain hemorrhoid.com, the wordpress.com subdomain isn’t as important regarding how visitors can find your site. They will never see or need to see the subdomain if the custom domain is active. I would suggest creating hemorrhoid2.wordpress.com or something similar if you just want to keep the name consistent with your custom domain.
  
  Unless hemorrhoid.wordpress.com was connected to hemorrhoid.com at some point and many of your visitors were already familiar with visiting the site from hemorrhoid.wordpress.com, I would suggest creating a new site name.
