    Ayer día 9 de noviembre se efectuo el pago por tarjeta de credito 299 $, pero todavía no se ha actualizado nuestro nuevo plan busines, muchas gracias.

    Do you see a charge on your credit card statement?

    I checked your account and noticed that we’re receiving a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

    Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

    All you need to do is click purchase again and fill in the correct billing details in your PayPal account when prompted (or maybe login to PayPal first and update it).

    No hemos hecho el pago mediante Paypal, no.
    El pago lo tenemos cargado en nuestra cuenta bancaria, desde el día 9 de noviembre, habiendo usado nuestra tarjeta bancaria.

    I first tried to do it on Paypal, but I couldn’t, so I did it directly with my credit card. In my account, the fee was already taken, but I don’t have access to the service yet. Please, check again what may have been occured.

    Are you referring to a purchase made under a different account? I do not see any transactions on the 9th, just a few unsuccessful transactions back on the 5th of this month.

  • I deleted your last post because it looked like credit card information and you don’t want that available in a public forum.

    What I need from you is to contact us from the username that is associated with the account where you made the purchase. What is the name of the blog that the upgrade is connected with?

  • No worries! I just didn’t want that information to get into the wrong hands.

    Yes, I checked the account associated with takorock.wordpress.com and I see no completed transactions under it. Do you still happen to have the transaction ID?

    I’d most likely be able to find the purchase with that information. Also, if you know under what username the upgrade was purchased would help as well.

    I haven’t got a transaction ID because when I paid it was in process of acceptance, but I have a number comercial key ([redacted]) linked with your number account. My username is “PEDROSEGURAABADIA”
