Hep with Site Health notifications – not sure what to do?

  Hi, my other wordpress site also hosted with hostgator has a site health status notice saying that it has 2 critical issues that I don’t know how to resolve:
  1/ WP <= 6.1.1 – Unauthenticated Blind SSRF via DNS Rebinding

  2/ Smooth Scroll Page Up/Down Buttons <= 1.4 – Authenticated Stored XSS via psb_positioning

  Please advise, thank you.

  To check, is this appearing inside of the WordPress.com dashboard, or is this appearing as the result of a test?
