As for your domain, according to the Whois data that domain was bought from Bluehost, is currently still registered and will expire on 17 December. That domain has never been registered with WordPress.com, and has never been connected with a WordPress.com site.

In 2012 Robert Bussey registered my domain, herbslifeandtimes with Bluehost, to produce an audio-visual application of my book, North to Alaska with a No- Acount Cat, and apply it to my WordPress website.
I have been using WordPress since 2012 accessed by herbslifeandtimes.com or to enter or edit a blog post on North to Alaska with a No-Account Cat, or to open my WordPress Dashboard: North to Alaska with a No-Account Cat, or http//www.herbslifeandtimes.com/wp-admin/. All now lead to a “Parked” message.
Please tell me what I have to do to recover my WordPress site from its Parked status.

Your domain is not registered with us, and your site is not hosted by us. Both those services are provided by Bluehost.
You were using the self-hosted WordPress.org software for your site, not the WordPress.com blogging platform.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org
Please contact Bluehost as they are the only ones who might be able to help you with this. We don’t have, and never had any access to that site.
