Well, I don’t read the rules, but I guess that if I did it it can be done. Here is my site, I just updated it today with a new CSS. If you like it, just post here and I will tell you how I did it. I know nothing about CSS. Here is the link
BTW, I read that is not possible to add RSS feed to a page, but still there is no way to do this? Cause I would seriouslly like to do this.

There is no way to add RSS feed to a page. That would require editing/hacking of the underlying theme PHP files and that is not allowed here.
