Hero – theme Slider and "Customizer" Callouts

    Hi,

    I have spend a lot of time trying to sort out the Slider and the “Customizer Callouts” for the “Hero” theme and I have come to the conclusion that I won’t be able to sort it out on my own. I have followed the instructions explicitly for both. I have even deleted the tags that I created initially and recreated them. I have removed the feature image from the home page and the image from the “Header”, but still the slider does not appear. I have also followed the instructions for the “Customizer” and haven’t had any luck. Is there something missing from the instructions? or have I missed something. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi mindybb,

    I am having the exact same issues with my HERO layout. I’ve tried, repeatedly, to create the slider on the front page but nothing seems to work. I haven’t had any responses from any one yet so maybe soon we’ll both hear something?

    I saw that your request had been hidden by a moderator while they review it. I thought I’d chime in. Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone, irishfilmcritic. It has been making me a little crazy.

    Hi,

    I’ve got the same problem !! It’s impossible to configure Hero Theme as showed in the Demo.

    Impossible to create Slider with Call out. What’s this fuck*ng shit !
