Hero Image/Home page image

    Hi,

    There are a few things that are happening. The image of the cover/hero page is not longer a carousel – It’s s if everything has moved down….. The website is https://sydneyroaddentalcare.com.au/

    I wanted to add a video to the homepage/coverpage and replace the existing slider that is there. I havent done anything yet except for tried to add a video and hiding the current slider – when I realised the video did not fit the full page I deleted it and made the slider visible again – then I realised everything had muddled up and the slider is not the same as well as the services sections has gone strange….

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    https://sydneyroaddentalcare.com.au/ does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
    We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
