Hero Slider Debut Premium Theme

I still don’t get it. I have worked out the featured page on the front. When I logged in, I can see the hero slider working. When I logged out, I doesn’t appear at all. Only blanks. Can you help me out here? I have spent too long to work this out. I appreciate it if you could just show me the pointers. Else what’s the point for me to buy your theme. I bought it cos I like the hero slider to work on my page. Pls help.

I logged out and I can see the slider when logged out too. I’m using Frefox 10.0.1. Exactly which browser and version of it are you using please?

I tried it on google chrome, iinternet explorer as well as mozilla. all are the latest version. before i put my question here, i had already cleared the cache. i had also tried on different pcs and still i don’t see the slider working. i going to look into the refund policy since i can’t seem to get this work.

debut has one of the best homepage feature (my opinion) so far. it’s sad to see i can’t seem to make it work.

@aisurustudio: I see that you’ve been refunded for your Debut purchase so I’m unable to help with this. In the future I suggest posting your Premium Theme questions to the dedicated Premium Themes support forum. There the developers of the theme will be able to help you in a timely fashion and also fix any theme bugs that may or may not come out of your questions. Cheers.
