hero theme title page color wont change

  I have the Hero theme, and the page titles are in Gray and I have changed the color format in the CSS code but it doesn’t react as of now the title are gray and do not look right and it will not change color

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The site you link to is running the Twenty Thirteen theme, so it would be difficult to tell you how to make the changes you are asking about. Feel free to ask again when you are settled on what theme you are going to use.
