Hesaba erişememe sorunu

    Merhaba.

    Benim uzun zamandır aktif olarak kullandığım başka hesabıma bugün bir türlü ulaşamadım. Yeniden girmeye çalıştığımda iki faktörlü doğrulama yapmışlar. Onu ben yapmadım. Ayrıca telefonuma SMS olarak gönderme yaptığımda da telefonuma SMS gelmiyor. E-Mail adresindeki linke tıkladığımda ise doğrudan ana sayfaya yönlendiriyorlar. Bu sorunu nasıl giderebilirim?
