If what you mean is your want to delete the content and keep the URLs because deleted URLs are not recycled here please read on.
If you don’t have a lot of content and don’t wish to wait for Staff to delete it for you then you can quickly remove your contents by deleting them in bulk.

That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered. If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, please reply to confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.

However, if what you mean is you want to delete the blogs then, provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Note that deleted blog URLs are not recycled.
