If I give access to a webmaster , can he hacks the payment method? I have received 2 customers complaints in 2 days about them being charged an amount without purchasing anything….First time that happens

serpenslabs.com and ericmazataud.com I already spoke with Dave, a wordpress expert, he told me that it would depend on the hostings companies, but I spoke with them, and on their side, a bad intentioned webmaster could not do much…I was wondering if he could manipulate woocommerce for example?

If they are set to the Admin role, they have full access to everything in the WordPress dashboard, including all plugins and content, so yes, they would have access to all the WooCommerce data.

ok thanks, so for a webmaster , letting him the access only as a ‘collaborator’ would be fine right? Also, say he has access as an admin, what could he manipulate in woocommerce to desviate payments? where could I look in the woocommerce plugin to check that everything is fine?

Your site is not using WordPress.com, but the open source WordPress software, so this forum is not the best place for advice on this.
Please instead post directly in the WooCommerce forums to ask about this – they will be better able to advise you on exactly what actions can be taken by which user roles regarding that plugin.

Both of the sites you mentioned were created using WordPress.org software and are hosted by OVH, rather than WordPress.com:
The account you are logged in to hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com and the forums @kokkieh linked to will be the best place to post for advice:
