  Hey!
  Couple of questions that I know you often get but I couldn’t find any good answer to.
  What happens to the WordPress.com blog once I migrated to WordPress.org?
  And secondly, how do I migrate followers from com to org?

  Hey there!

  First of all, congrats on the new self-hosted site!

  What happens to the WordPress.com blog once I migrated to WordPress.org?

  It stays as-is. If you don’t want visitors to find it online, I highly suggest making it private. This way, you always have access to it, if need be, but no one else will see it.

  If you’d like to do this, check out how to adjust your Privacy Settings:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  And secondly, how do I migrate followers from com to org?

  If you’d like, I can assist with this. Could you confirm that you want the subscribers from the WordPress.com site, clumsywithwordsdotcom1, moved to the Jetpack site, clumsywithwords.com? Once I hear back from you, I can make the transfer.

  Thank so much for your confirmation! I’ve moved 104 subscribers ( 103 WordPress.com followers, and 1 email-only subscriber ) to your Jetpack site. Those followers should appear in your site’s stats in the next few hours.
