Heyflow integration faulty

    Dear Support team,

    I am Aleksandro from Apollo Green Solutions. We currently operate a website on WordPress with Elementor as our Editor Plugin by the domain name of apollo-gs.com. We had an issue integrating an interactive flow from Heyflow onto our website, as every time we created an html box to implement this flow, there would be a bug that caused the section to disappear from the navigator and the flow would show up above the header, but unable to be formatted or modified. After that we could easily add more flows on the website without a problem, but without getting rid of the one stuck above the site header.

    Is there a way to manually get rid of the codeblock? Or do you propose another solution?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com but is using the open-source WordPress.org software from another hosting provider. Reaching out to HeyFlow would be the best bet for addressing the issues you are encountering.
