  You need to contact Support directly through the link in your Dashboard. They will not discuss Terms of Service violations here in the forums.

  Looking at the site linked to your username, please note that there is no user-generated advertising allowed on WordPress.com, but for a few very narrow exceptions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/
