  I want to cancel the subscription, and get the refund..how to do that?

  Hi! You don’t have sites or upgrades on this account, but if you have another account with us, can you log in with the email address that gets renewal reminders? If you can’t find that, send a link to the site and we’ll point you in the right direction.
