  Hi there, what is the custom domain name involved?

  You can only transfer a new custom domain name to a different registrar 60 days after registration. This is an ICANN requirement. However, you can still use the domain with your new hosting by following this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/

  The account you are currently logged in to doesn’t own any custom domains. Can you confirm which domain you would like to transfer?
