  This is WordPress.COM support where we provide support only for sites on our servers. Our support documentation does not apply to sites that are not on our servers. You will need to contact your web host for hosting issues and to post to https://wordpress.org/support/ for support.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
