  Hi I have a domain, rosabjork.is and I have contact that with you, which was an accident, but I am glad I did I think I like your service, but now I am trying to add my domain and its like I have to pay again …

  I would really need some help please

  Could you share the domain with us here? We can accept domain transfers on most all extensions but there are some where you would need to proceed with domain mapping instead (it really doesn’t matter).

  First thin you need is a plan on your account. That covers your domain, hosting, and support. See here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Then, click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add New

  From there you can choose to transfer or map the domain. Take a look at these pages which outline in detail both processes.
