You’ll be able to use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums. -

I just checked what I was charged $70 for, and I am not able to log in to the account which is kmgr.blog. It is possible for you to give me a refund and cancel the subscription? or help me log in to the account? Thanks.

@macodesignstudio, you should be able to contact our Billing team directly from https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/.
You can also send the Transaction ID to our Account Recovery team directly:
passwordhelp@wordpress.com. They’ll get back to you with more info. -
Hi,
just contacted them through https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ but it doesn’t say it was sent, it just brought me to the same page where I post questions here. Do you know if it was sent? or is it supposed to say sent or something?

Yes, that is the one I filled out but when I clicked contact support at the bottom, it takes me to the page to ask questions here. I just did it again, hope it went through.

Hmm, I still don’t see a billing support ticket for your account. You entered the email address appearing at https://wordpress.com/me/account/ when you submitted the form, correct?
Email help[at]wordpress.com instead. Include the following details:
* The date of the transaction appearing on your statement
* The amount
* The name on the credit card that was charged
* The last four digits of the credit card number
* The unique code that should appear next to this transaction on your credit card statement.Please let me know here once you’ve sent that email.

I still don’t see it, @macodesignstudio. Would you confirm the address listed here is correct? I see you haven’t confirmed the address yet with the “activate” email.
