    Can you please update the status of my account cancellations, i wanna delete my account. Im struggling to connect to my domain, it always redirect me to wordpress… As soon as possible, help me to close my account here.

    Hi,

    It seems that your site still retained some of the features of the Creator plan it used to have, that’s why you could not delete it.

    I have reverted your site and now you can delete the site by clicking on the Delete your site permanently button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/settings/general/

    After that, you’ll be able to close your account by using the Close your account permanently button at the bottom of this page: https://wordpress.com/me/account

    Let me note that there is no need to cancel your account, setting a custom domain as primary can be easily achieved like this:
