  I would LOVE to get rid of my subscription fee, but when I try to cancel my subscription it says I am not subscribed! But here’s the kicker, I’m getting charged around $150 for a site I don’t even own! So I would LOVE to call someone and help me get a REFUND. thank you.

  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you that we can charge. You only own the free site, http://parkerartsmag.wordpress.com/, with us.

  If you’re getting charged by us, it’s for a site that belongs to a different account, though we don’t sell any upgrade that costs $150 to renew. Does your credit card statement specifically say WORDPRESS, followed by a random 8-character code on the statement descriptor? Please don’t post that here if so. Just confirm whether or not you see that.

  If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
