  In my post, i see a box in the bottom, this is ads box. so what is that and if i can create a ads, where will i create?

  No that’s not for your use. There is no blogger initiated advertising allowed here at all. It’s telling you that WordPress.com is displaying ads on your blog. If you do not want ads on your blog then you pay annually for a No-Ads upgrade to eliminate them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/no-ads/

  Given your username you need to know what gets a blog suspended here.

  You cannot post any advertising on your blog here at WordPress.com. There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com and it’s for blogs on their own domains. You apply to WordAds by asking for an invitation. You wait a long time.
  WordAds Staff check out your blog and if and only if it qualifies they contact you and implement ads on your blog.
