Hi Andrea, I've got a billing question

My sister had originally set-up my domain name. I thought we’d gotten the billing switched to my info last year. But she’d gotten the expiration notice and assumed I did also.
How do we go about getting this done. Also is there anyway to retrieve they emails I may or may not have gotten this morning?
