  As clearly stated “Your WordPress.com plans and any domains you add to your sites are based on a yearly subscription that renews automatically.” Monthly billing is not possible.

  You can however cancel within 30 days of your purchase.

  The plans are refundable up to thirty days after purchase. If you do not love what you’re creating with our upgrade we will be happy to process a full refund with in that time frame.
