Hi guys, I'm a total beginner here!

    Hello! I’ve just started a blog. I’m keeping it anonymous as I’m not ready to publically share my thoughts etc. I originally began it with the intention of expressing my feelings on anxiety, jealousy etc. Problems we all have, in the hope of using the blog as a release and to have some piece of mind. I don’t want it to be totally negative though. I’d also like to post positive posts too!
    I was wondering peoples thoughts on sharing it with family/partner? I’m not sure if I’m ready too? Also, if you’re aware of who’s reading it, will it make you more likely to hold back a bit?
    Any advice would be really appreciated!

    I think you should keep it totally private for now. That way you can be free to air your every thought. Knowing someone is reading it who could be affected by what you write will probably make you less willing to share all aspects of what’s bothering you.

    Agreed, I think you should keep it private for now, even if you’re tempted not to. Just so you aren’t keeping other people in mind when writing what you want to write and making sure other people don’t affect what you’re writing in any shape or form. If you feel later like someone will be able to benefit from what you’re saying after you’ve been writing for a while, maybe you can share it then.
