  Just a guess, but the theme you are using may not be suitable for mobile devices.

  Unfortunately, I can’t provide more insight as your site appears to be hosted by a different provider (Ionos).

  You can get support for self-hosted sites on the WordPress.org forums or by contacting your service provider.
