  Hi.
  How could the owner of a domain (in this case organization) allow or give permission to an administrator of the same website (that would me), in order to be able to ask in the premium theme forum. This website is for a small company, the owner is my boss, who bought the domain, but I am in charge of building the website and I have some doubts. i would apreciate any helping hand, thanks.

  Hi there. I think only the username account that actually bought the upgrade can post in the premium themes forum, but I’m not sure, so I’ll tag this for staff to follow up. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  Hi @nachojfk , they would contact us and ask us to transfer theme ownership to you. It would still stay on the same site. I hope that helps.

  Sure, they can write help@wordpress.com . Have them be sure to write from the email address on file (the one that has a receipt for this upgrade) and tell them they would need to mention your username as well.
