Hi! How do I reassign domain mapping upgrade from deleted blog to existing blog?

Problem. I deleted my blog probably too soon.
I want to use the domain I mapped to said deleted blog, but can’t seem to find an option to reassign my own domain anywhere.
What can I do?
q. How do I ‘release’ a deleted blog from a domain mapping upgrade and assign the domain mapping upgrade to another wordpress blog?
I still have a whole years credit for the mapping upgrade, but i don’t seem to be able to use my domain with any wordpress site anymore as it says ‘that domain is already mapped it to a wordpress blog’. hmm.
I have tried to cancel the upgrade purchase but nothing seems to be registering.

oop! btw, the blog i need help with is NOT treeveneration.wordpress.com
its treevenerationsocietydotcom1.wordpress.com, but its been deleted so prob not much help, but passing it on nonetheles, if anything just to confuse matters I guess

Thought.. is is possible to reinstate deleted blog (treevenerationsocietydotcom1.wordpress.com) momentarily, transfer the domain upgrade to an my intended blog (treeveneration.wordpress.com), then delete treevenerationsocietydotcom1.wordpress.com?
Can anyone help me pls??
