  Hi I am looking to add a cookies banner to the website, its a free website for the moment with a view to upgrading in a few months. I looked at a few videos that said that it can be done in theme editor, but I dont seem to have theme editor.

  Hi, yes I know how to add a widget but which one is for a cookies banner? I have a cookies policy on the website but we need a cookies banner too right?
