  Hi, I am not sure that what will happens if I change Site Address (the domain)
  Will I lose all of my posts and followers? or the thing that change is my site name

  Do I need any back-up or it is fine?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Changing your site’s address or adding a custom domain will not affect the content of your blog so, no need to worry :)
