Hi I Face An Issue in My Site!

    Hi i am working on amazon affiliate wordpress site, but for couple of days my site is not working. I contact with the hosting support, but they tell me to ask my issue with wordpress developer.

    according to hosting provider my site has this issue: ‘According to the error log, some functions can’t be run. I am afraid it is connected to Web-Development:
    [08-Aug-2019 17:57:29 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function oceanwp_is_woo_shop() in /home/pdqiwuox/public_html/wp-content/themes/oceanwp/woocommerce/loop/loop-start.php:14’

    can anyone help me to fix this issue as early as possible please ?

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please contact support at https://oceanwp.org/ directly, as that error message indicates the problem is with their theme that you’re using.
