Hi, I had hosted my site themummastartup.com with wordpress. My domain was also brought through wordpress. However, I haven’t renewed my domain and hosting last November. But now I wish to reinstall my website. Unfortunately, I cant seem to find my website URL – themummastartup.com. Could you please help?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  However, I haven’t renewed my domain and hosting last November.

  It looks like your domain’s last known nameservers were bodis.com which is an entirely different hosting company than WordPress.com and your domain had been registered at Name.com previously.

  You would need to contact Name.com support to see if you’re able to recover your domain from cancellation. Regarding your website, if you did not have a full back up of your site before the plan expired, your hosting provider likely deleted your site files due to non payment. You would need to reach out to them for clarification on that though.
