  Hi, it’s been a further 10 days now, still no refund. Can you please guide especially since i need to register again for a domain name and some other services but I am waiting to get the old refund back.

  @haniawarsi, the refund was processed in two separate transactions. One for $18 and another for $50.

  Can you double check the credit card statement that you used to make the original payment?
