  don’t know if you can help in less there is a way to reach the billing people. most frustrating Free plan! error somewhere

  Hi there,

  If you’re speaking of a notice in your dashboard that you have an uncompleted purchase, that’s because you added an upgrade to your cart at some point, but never completed the checkout process.

  Click on that notice, and delete the upgrade from the cart, and that notice will go away.
