  Hi there, the refund window for annual plan renewals is normally 14 days. Since you mention that the renewal occurred in July 2021, it’s long past that window. More info here: https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/#plans

  Hi @readyfuturewp, actually I have some great news: this was refunded back in July.

  Please contact the card company / bank if you don’t see it on your account. We can provide ARNs if needed.
