Hi. I havent received my refund yet

    I registered my domain on wordpress.com & shortly after I cancelled the subscription,on the day May 27, the domain registration was $99 & I was supposed to get a refund of $73, but up till today I have not received the refund, pls help asap

    For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements. If you still aren’t refunded please contact support directly.

    I’m seeing that refund as having been processed.

    Please be aware that it can take up to 7-10 business days for refunds to show up on your statement.
