Hi. I keep being asked to verify my email. I get an email from WordPress telling me to change my password and I do and then when I login I’m asked to verify my email again. Extremely frustrating. I can’t do anything.

I’d like to try to get as much information as I can about this problem.
When you first log in, you see a message at the top of the screen about verifying your email address and not about the password, right? And then the email you get right after that is about a password and not about email verification?
Is there any chance you can take a screenshot of each message in succession so I can see what you seeing so I can get a better idea of what might be going on?

If you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account can you see your email address listed on that page? Is it the right one?
Have you tried to change your email address recently? If yes, what is the old address and the new one you would like to be using?
How long ago did you sign up for your WordPress.com account? Do you remember if you completed the email verification step when you first created your account?
Sorry for all the questions! If there’s a problem happening where some people are unable to get past a strange email verification/password step, then I would really like to track it down carefully. Based on the information you’ve provided so far, I am not sure why you would be receiving messages like that so I’d like to get as much information as possible about the problem. It does seem a little mixed up and I want to document all the details.

My email is shown in my account so it’s correct. I opened a WordPress account a while ago, I’m not sure when. I have the screen shots where do I send them, an email address?
